The grind setting remains exact even when the mill is refilled and can be read on the scale on the base of the mill. The classically waisted shape fits comfortably in the hand, and cleaning is quick. Simply fill it with a little coarse-grained salt and grind it through briefly. This does not affect the high-performance ceramic mechanism or the stainless-steel spindle.
