The RC 4 Plus raclette series, manufactured in Germany, ranks among the highest-quality raclette appliances in Europe. Its powerful, continuously adjustable heating system reaches high grilling temperatures in a very short time. The 29 x 29cm grilling surface provides enough space for 6-8 people to grill comfortably at the same time. Whether on the non-stick grill plate or the natural lava stone, food turns out especially tender and nothing sticks. Cutting meat on the stone is no problem either, as it is cut- and scratch-resistant. With the RC 4 Plus, you can choose between 2 preparation methods: classic raclette and hot stone cooking. An additional feature is the reversible gourmet cast-iron pan. It provides an extra smooth grilling surface or, when turned over, a small pan in which sauces can be heated.
