Product description
Robla Solo MIL contains ammonia, so it dissolves not only copper and tombac deposits but also lead, the number 1 enemy of firearm accuracy. Contamination from nickel projectiles is also dissolved. Steel and chrome are not attacked by Robla Solo MIL. For heavy metal deposits, pour Robla Solo MIL into the barrel, sealed at one end with a cork or rubber stopper, and leave it to work for several hours, preferably overnight. For lighter fouling, repeatedly pull through soaked cleaning tow (SUCOL or SUCOLIN) or VFG felt pellets. Robla Solo MIL is low-viscosity and reaches difficult-to-access areas. What kind of fouling in the gun barrel is the cleaner suitable for?
The bore cleaner automatically dissolves tombac, copper, zinc and lead fouling in the gun barrel. It also helps remove MoS2 films from coating residues.
How is the cleaner used for heavy and light deposits?
For heavy metal deposits, the barrel is sealed at one end with a cork or rubber stopper, filled and left to stand for several hours, ideally overnight. For lighter fouling, it is sufficient to pull soaked tow or VFG felt cleaning pellets through the barrel several times.
Is the cleaner also suitable for hard-to-reach areas of the barrel?
The cleaner has a low viscosity and can therefore also reach hard-to-reach areas. Barrels can be completely filled with it.
How does the cleaner behave with steel, chrome and nickel components?
Steel and chrome are not attacked by the cleaner. Fouling left by nickel-jacketed bullets can also be dissolved.
